Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive the product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags and packaging intact. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to return the package. We do not accept returns without a prior return request.

Damage and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-refundable, such as perishable items (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.

Exchange
The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have and, after your return request is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-Day Review Period in the EU
Regardless of the above, if goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when received, unused, with original tags and packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the returned item and let you know whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, the money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may also need some time to process and record the refund.
